Saudi Facilities Management Company was established, initially, to provide support to SMASCO’S vision of delivering complete home centric services and facility management with efficient solutions managed locally and professionally at a much higher level than what was available in the local market at the time.

The vision of Saudi Marafiq Company shifted in 2019 to become a local FM company with international standards. We designed our services based on client requirements in order to provide customers with the most efficient and effective integrated facilities management services at the highest level of quality.
