
Main Purpose of the Job
Account management of the portfolio, facilities management services, targeting:
- Optimum services/ maintenance costs
- Client satisfaction
- High quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Management of the accounts portfolio & client satisfaction
- Staff management (Maintenance and cleaning)
- Subcontractors management
- Energy management follow up
- Management of additional services
- Implementation of service level Agreements and Key Performance indicators
- Monthly & annual reporting (internal & external)
- Implementation & management of the CAFM System
- Participation in the commissioning & Handover of the installations
- Development of a benchmark database
- Provide implementation plans for the sites, including all staff requirements for services such as: maintenance and cleaning
Candidate Profile
- Min 5+ years of experience in facility management company
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- BSc. in Electrical or mechanical engineer
- Internal and external finance reporting
- Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of CAFM system
- BICSc standard
