Project Manager


Main Purpose of the Job
Account management of the portfolio, facilities management services, targeting:

  • Optimum services/ maintenance costs
  • Client satisfaction
  • High quality standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of the accounts portfolio & client satisfaction
  • Staff management (Maintenance and cleaning)
  • Subcontractors management
  • Energy management follow up
  • Management of additional services
  • Implementation of service level Agreements and Key Performance indicators
  • Monthly & annual reporting (internal & external)
  • Implementation & management of the CAFM System
  • Participation in the commissioning & Handover of the installations
  • Development of a benchmark database
  • Provide implementation plans for the sites, including all staff requirements for services such as: maintenance and cleaning

Candidate Profile

  • Min 5+ years of experience in facility management company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • BSc. in Electrical or mechanical engineer
  • Internal and external finance reporting
  • Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of CAFM system
  • BICSc standard
